Allen and Sidarth caught up to chat after a busy weekend.....Villarreal’s draw with Betis was disappointing, of course, but the injuries, especially the one to Vicente Iborra, were really concerning. Now that Iborra is out for the season, will we try to get a loanee in January? or a permanent signing? Or what about bringing back Santy Caseres, whom we already own?
The Europa League draw wasn’t kind to us either with Red Bull Salzburg one of the tougher teams we could have drawn in the round of 32. We have a while until then, so maybe our injury list gets a lot shorter. Let’s hope so.
