Several of you asked about this, and I am delighted to say is is becoming a reality. Yes, the Villarreal USA podcast is returning!! Here is the link to the first podcast.

I’m going to be joined (for awhile, at least) by Joseph Cabra, who is currently living in Miami but will be going to Vila-real in the fall to serve as an international marketing intern for a couple of months, working with their social media area. As you have probably noticed, Villarreal is doing a lot more in English now, and Joseph will be helping with that I am sure. (He is also fluent in Spanish, so I hope he doesn’t laugh at my mispronunciations too much).

If you remember the old Villarreal USA podcasts with me, you’ll know that we always tried to hold things to around 30 minutes or so. We’ll try that again, but this one is shorter—just a taste of what’s to come, as it were.

Speaking of what’s to come, if there are particular things you’d like us to do, let us know. Obviously we’ll devote some time to recapping results and so forth, but beyond that? It would be nice to interview some of you—find out what supporting Villarreal is like where you are, etc. And of course if we can arrange anything through the club to interview players, staff, whomever, we will do so!

ENJOY!
