Villarreal announce new season ticket campaign, and Santi renews

Villarreal announced Santi Cazorla is returning next season, having signed another one-year deal. Whether that was the intent all along, whether Santi balked at signing a longer deal, or whether Villarreal did, who knows. He will be 35 next season.

And, the season ticket campaign kicked off. If you can get to Vila-real, a season ticket is an incredible deal—you can get a season ticket in one of the corner sections for €165 (less than €10 a match), and 50% less if you are under 25 years of age! There are other discounts too, aimed at former season ticket holders and those who have missed few matches. Prices go up from there, of course, but even so, you can get seats in most parts of the stadium for under €20 a match.
