Valencia—Villarreal GAMETHREAD and HOW TO WATCH

Univision (Uni Mas) has the match in the US, and you can watch it on Fubo TV.

The teams are as follows. For Villarreal, Andrés; Andrei, Funes Mori, Victor Ruiz, Jaume Costa; Trigueros, Caceres, Morlanes, Pedraza; Raba and Gerard. (I’m assuming it’s a 4-4-2 formation, but I suppose it could be something else)

As expected, we’re resting player like Santi and Iborra who have been playing constantly of late. Andrei Ratiu makes his debut for the first team, and Dani Raba makes a rare appearance, while Manu Trigueros and Jaume Costa get playing time now they’re healthy.

Bench: Asenjo, Mario, Fuego, Iborra, Fornals, Chukwueze and Bacca.

Valencia have: Neto; Wass, Roncaglia, Diakhaby, Lato; Torres, Soler, Parejo, Guedes; Gamiero and Santi Mina.

Bench: Rivero; Gabriel, Cheryshev, Gaya, Kangin Lee, Coquelin, Sobrino.

Safe to say Marcelino isn’t taking any chances—I thought maybe Lee would get a start since he will be leaving to join the South Korean youth team soon, but no.

Endavant Villarreal!!
