Celta hire Fran Escribá as their third coach of the season

This move had been rumored for awhile.

Celta Vigo have hired Fran Escribá to (hopefully) keep them up in the Primera. Celta are currently 17th on 25 points and have a home match against Betis coming up and an away match against Real Madrid before the next international break.

Escribá’s job will be to figure out how to get the Galicians some points without Iago Aspas in the lineup.

Celta have to play the top three once more yet, but they also have home matches against Villarreal, Rayo (last match of the season), and Girona. And travel to Huesca and Leganés.
