Tough weekend for Villarreal teams

Well, it had to happen sometime, right?

Not the best of weekends for Villarreal CF sides. The men’s first and third teams lost by 2-1 scores (away to Osasuna and Alzira respectively) and the second team drew 1-1 with Ebro.

And the Juvenil A side, sort of a fourth team in the age progression I guess you would say, drew 1-1 with Roda.

Villarreal Women were not in action—well, the first team wasn’t. Our women’s second team defeated Ciudad de Mercia 6-2; this was the Feminino B’s first win after three losses to start the season. Hopefully that will be the start of more success!
