The Yellow Submarine has arrived in Portuguese lands as they will facing S.C. Braga at the Estádio Municipal.

S.C. Braga have partially enjoyed relative success in the last decade. They were runners up in the league during the 2009-10 season, and they reached the final of Europa League in 2011 under the reign of manager Domingos Paciência. This season, they won the Taça de Portugal after defeating Porto on penalty kicks.

Their most emblematic player is Brazilian winger Alan, who’s been at the club since 2008. Braga also count with the likes of former Villarreal player Joán Ángel Román who returns from his loan at C.D. Nacional.
New additions of the club include Argentine midfielder Tomás Martínez from River Plate, Montenegrin attacking midfielder Marko Bakić, former teammate of Giuseppe Rossi with Fiorentina, and Málaga winger Ricardo Horta.
The squad will be flying on a charter flight and return after the match. Sunday and Monday will be the first break for the squad after three weeks of preseason, and they will resuming training on Tuesday, August 2 with double sessions at the Ciudad Deportiva.
