Villarreal Juvenil A host Real Madrid for the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinal at the Mini Estadi

Villarreal Juvenil A are hopeful of advance to the final of the Copa del Rey.

The club urges all Villarreal supporters to get behind the Juvenil A squad as they will be taking on Real Madrid at the Mini Estadi for the second leg of semifinal of the Copa del Rey.

Javi Calleja's pupils are hopeful of defeating Madrid and advance to the final of the Copa del Rey for the first time in the club's history.

In the past three years, Villarreal Juvenil A have became a successful side, winning important titles such as the Division de Honor twice and the Copa de Campeones. This time, the Juvenil A is hopeful of winning the only trophy that remains left to be placed in its cabinet: the Copa del Rey.

For tomorrow's vital clash against Real Madrid, Javi Calleja will have full disposition of his players, and will be counting with the emergence of Catalan striker Dani Ruiz from the Juvenil B. Ruiz made his debut with the Juvenil A earlier in the season. The rest of them are absolutely the best.  Diego between the sticks, former Madrid fullback Nani, who has earned a starting place with his latest consistent performances, always reliable Migue, and the CB pair,  Arnau Vega and Pau Torres. The midfield will be composed of  US youth international Akale, "Chuca", Pablo Álvarez y Fran Álvarez, who's been a pleasant surprise for the Juvenil A. Upfront, the double D formed by Darío Poveda y Dani Villa.

The squad list for the second leg of the semifinal against Real Madrid is as follows:

  • Goalkeepers: Diego y Luque
  • Defenders: Joan Salvà, Migue, Nani, Pau Torres, Arnau Vega and Pepe
  • Midfielders: "Chuca", Lozano, Akale, Fran Álvarez, Pablo Álvarez and Martín
  • Strikers: Villa, Darío and Dani Ruiz
