B team in action, first team has weekend off

Villarreal B host Atletico Baleares, hoping to put some distance between themselves and the teams chasing them

Maria José Segovia

Villarreal players (except for internationals) are off this Easter weekend; Marcelino had a double session on Thursday but wants to give the players some rest before the Europa League and La Liga run-ins.

Villarreal's second team is in action today, hosting Atletico Baleares (it'll be on Villarreal TV Live): with only seven points from their last six matches, the B-boys have struggled a bit of late.  Villarreal B are on 57 points, Reus Deportiu 55, Cornella 53.

Our remaining matches are: (home)  Atletico Baleares, Olimpic Xativa, Pabla Mofumet

(away) Valencia B, Eldense, Cornella, Espanyol B

we have a home match walkover (Huracan Valencia).

Reus have almost the same schedule, including the walkover; the difference is they host Badalona tomorrow AM rather than Pabla Mofumet, and they play Sabadell (who defeated us last week)  away instead of Espanyol B.

Endavant!!
