Last year Aleix Garcia moved to Manchester City; this was a big loss but to be fair he was going to be playing for Villarreal B this season in all probability, and would probably need to get a bit of Segunda experience as well before making the first team.
But Alfonso Pedraza? That's different. He's already a B team star, has impressed in a bit of action with the first team--he's definitely ready to make the jump to the first team before too long. And now Everton are apparently interested in bringing him to Goddison Park in the summer, for a pittance really if this report can be believed.
Anyone else think we ought to just slap huge price tags on all our players, C team and up? I'm sure Sr. Roig didn't set up the cantera to develop players for the EPL.....
