Villarreal's fixture list released: we open at Betis

The fixture list has been released and is available here.  A couple of first impressions:

(1) September will be busy.  Our first Europa League match is September 17; we host Athletic Club the next weekend; we play a midweek match against Malaga the next week; and welcome Luciano Vietto and Atletico Madrid to El Madrigal the following weekend, and then have another Europa League match the next Thursday.   5 matches in two weeks, against good opposition.

(2) That said, the first part of the season features mostly away matches against newly promoted teams, and home matches against quality clubs (Valencia, Sevilla, Madrid, Athletic Club, Atleti); only Barca is away.
