Impeccable would be the word to best describe the path of the Spanish U-19 team in the Elite Round of the European U-19 championship celebrated in Tbilisi, Georgia. La Rojita won all its group matches by demolishing score lines. They trashed all their rivals with ease and reassurance.

During their crucial match against Portugal, the Spanish U-19 took care of A Selecção das Quinas without any defiance opposed by the Lusitanians. At the end, Spain emerged victorious by a clear dominant score margin of 4-0 over Portugal.

Villarreal canteranos, Alfonso Pedraza and Rodri Hernández were instrumental for La Rojita's overwhelming victory. Luis de la Fuente gave the start to both Pedraza and Rodri. Rodri was subbed off in the 72' minute. Pedraza played the entire game and made a big difference as he recorded and assist and closed down the curtains with a goal 10 minutes before the end.

Aaron Caricol scored the opener for Spain in the 20th minute. 8 minutes later, Alfonso Pedraza made a cross for Borja Mayoral to score the second goal for La Rojita. At that point, Spain went into the second half with a 2 goal lead. Five minutes into second half, Pedraza bumped into Portugal's GK, who left the ball loose for Asensio, who scored at will and made it 3-0 for Spain in the 50th minute.

Ten minutes before the end of the match, it was Pedraza who rounded out an outstanding performance by scoring Spain's fourth goal after he was assisted by Basque teammate, Asier Villalibre.

The Spanish U-19 team has deservedly earned their ticket to the final round of the European U-19 Championship in Greece, where they will be joining qualified teams: Germany, Russia, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Austria, France and host Greece.

Congrats to Pedraza, Rodri, and the Spanish U-19 side for qualifying to the final round of the 2015 European U-19 Championship.
