Summer looks set to be busy for Villarreal internationals as some of the Yellow Submarine players are set to play a part for their national teams in two of the biggest tournaments in the American Continent: Copa América and Gold Cup.

In addition to the call ups of Javier Aquino to the definitive squad of México for Copa América and Hernán Pérez to the preliminary squad of Paraguay, Joel Campbell has been named by Costa Rica to feature in the 2015 Gold Cup. Costa Rica are set to play three friendlies against the likes of Colombia (June 6th), Spain (June 11th), and México (June 27th), about a week prior the start of the Gold Cup.

The Ticos are in group B with Jamaica, El Salvador and Canada. Costa Rica will make their debut on July 8th against the Reggae Boys, then they'll be facing El Salvador three days later, and they will be closing the group stages against Les Rouges on July 14th.
