Sergio Asenjo called up for the Spain national team for the first time

Villarreal GK Sergio Asenjo has been impressive for the Yellow Submarine, often times saving the Villarreal goal in more than occasion per match. Asenjo's performances have not been unnoticed by Vicente del Bosque as he has called the Palencia GK for the first time in his career to the Spanish senior national team for the upcoming matches against Ukraine and Holland, the first being played on March, 27th, in Seville for the EURO 2016 qualifiers, and the game against Holland will a friendly played in Amsterdam on Tuesday, March, 31st.

Likewise, Eric Bailly has been called up by the Ivory Coast national team for their two friendly matches against Angola and the Equatorial Guinea respectively. The first match will be the 26th of March and the second will be played on the 29th. Both matches will be played in Abidjan.
