Villarreal B to host Hércules at the Mini Estadi tomorrow

Villarreal B will receive the visit of Hércules tomorrow (18:00) with the intention of earning a victory in order to get closer to the play offs zone. They currently sit 5 points away from the play offs spots.

The young submarine will host Hércules tomorrow at the Mini Estadi at 18:00 hours in the frame of the Valencian derby. Hércules currently sit in 5th place in group III of Segunda División B, and they have the same aspiration as the B team which is to earn promotion to Liga Adelante.

Paco López, coach of the B team, will have still have to cope with injury woes as Aitor Fernández, Felipe Alfonso, Pablo González, are still out and he will now how to deal with the casualty of Nahuel, who got injured against Mallorca. Also, Paco is going to have to do without Leo Suárez , who got a red card against Mallorca B.

Furthermore, Paco will not be able to count with captain Sergio Marcos, as he is obviously part of the B team now.

The good news for López are that Anton Shvets comes back after his physical discomforts, as well as newcomer, Uruguayan Franco Acosta, who still hasn't made his debut after picking up an injury in his right ankle while he was playing in the South American U-20 Championship.

Acosta could very well make his debut against Hércules now that he is fit.

In terms of historical record between these two teams, they are evenly matched with 2 victories for Villarreal B and other two victories for Hércules.

Villarreal B possible starting XI could be:  Bañuz, Blázquez, Tano, Javi Ramírez, Fran García, Marc Mateu, Anton Shvets, Rodri, Alfonso, Fran Sol and David Cubillas.
