Vietto attracting attention? Rumors starting.....

Silly season is beginning early.  We're just through one transfer window, but there are already rumors Luciano Vietto may be a hot commodity in the off-season.

So according to this, Real Madrid want to spend €35m on him.  And Tottenham, not to be outdone, will spend €42m:

So maybe--just maybe--there is some truth in all this, but I sure don't know (a) what Vietto's release clause is, (b) what percentage of that fee would come to Villarreal, and (c) why Real Madrid would want him--do the blancos realize you can only play 11 players at a time?
