Villarreal have done fairly well against Getafe in recent seasons, though matches between the two have generally been close-run affairs. That will probably be true here as well, and don't look for many goals from either side based on recent form.
The Yellow Submarine's strike force is having all sorts of injury problems, and Roberto Soldado is suspended, while Jaume Costa is also unavailable due to yellow card accumulation. Presumably Eric Bailly is okay, as Marcelino elected not to call up Pedro Iniguez.
We have lots of midfielders--Marcelino has had a habit of partnering Piña with Bruno on the road, and I would expect to see that again. The problem is that pair doesn't really have a playmaker-Manu Trigueros is the logical choice, but is defensively weak.
Getafe are missing Pedro Leon, apparently, and I assume Moi Gomez can't play against us. The azulones don't have a lot of firepower anyway, so set pieces and the like may offer their best chance of success.
Prediction: not many goals in this, I'll pick Villarreal 1-0.
