On behalf of all the Villarreal USA "staff', I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, etc.
Ravi is flying (or has flown, I guess) over the North Pole to India via Dubai for his holidays; Sidarth and I will hopefully do a podcast shortly taking about some of the off-the-field issues in La Liga (including the bid for Valencia).
Meanwhile, Villarreal players and coaches can enjoy their turron at home, reporting back for duty on December 30. Sr. Roig offered the traditional Christmas toast today (come on, Srs. Llaneza and Roig Negueroles, smile! the cava can't be that bad!!) and in his press conference left the door open, somewhat, for adding to the squad in January and said Cani and Musacchio weren't going anywhere.
We've been trying to put up fewer articles of late so we can let discussions in the comment sections go on without getting pushed down. There have been some really excellent comments of late concerning transfer targets!!
