Villarreal released its new kit today--pretty much the same as last year's, at least as far as the first kit is concerned. The second looks to be dark navy, and we actually will have to wear it this season. I like the polo and the training shirt:

Meanwhile, much disquiet as Bruno was not at training today and Unai Emery wants him in Moscow. Spartak is preparing to offer €12m for him which seems too damn low in my book (and everyone else's):

Coming right after an EPM piece in which it was stayed "our major 'purchases' are Bruno, Borja, etc. and after Juan Carlos mentioned Bruno as being a key player next year, one hopes this transfer does not happen.

Meanwhile, here is an article on the Ulloa situation: El Villarreal quiere abaratar el fichaje de Ulloa

Almeria just signed Casquero from Getafe, had signed Charles from Cordoba earlier, so if they keep Ulloa they have to be a promotion favorite.

Finally, a reasonable article here on Giuseppe Rossi and what the future might bring:

Let's hope Sr. Roig sends the Russians away, Bruno stays, and Ulloa joins up. OK?
