The RFEF has released the full La Liga schedule for 2011-2012. Unlike some sports, we already knew who are opponents are going to be, and how often we are going to play them. The schedule is vital, though, for the order in which those opponents come, and to define the home and away matches.

Weeks 2 and 3 should be tough, with Barcelona followed up by Sevilla. Likewise, weeks 18 and 19, Valencia followed by Atletico Madrid, will not be easy.

Altogether, I don't think it is too bad of a draw. We will have Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Atletico Madrid at home during the second half of the season. We get Valencia and Sevilla at home during the first half of the season. And, the way things are going, I guess I should mention that we travel to Malaga in week 14, and get them back in El Madrigal in week 33.

More analysis will definitely be forthcoming, but here is the full schedule:
