After a disappointing loss to the Spanish league leaders, Villarreal CF returns to European competition with a showdown against Dutch Eredivisie leaders FC Twente. Twente doesn't quite play "total football", but a 4-3-3 featuring the giant Janko up front is no laughing matter. Look for lots of goals, although the proceedings may start out a bit cagey.

For once, I expect the same XI as Marca:

Prediction: I may have voted for a one-goal Villarreal win, but I think we can do better. Borja wants a 3-0 scoreline, but I don't think we can keep out the Dutch side for 90 minutes. 3-1 to Villarreal, with Rossi at the double. Endavant!
