Senna Out Three Weeks - UPDATED

New, comments

Villarreal have confirmed that Marcos Senna will be out three weeks with a strained hamstring he picked up reinjured on international duty. This happens as Villarreal is entering a stretch of seven matches in about three weeks.

This post will be updated when the club announces the squad for Sunday's match.

The squad for the Mallorca match:

Keepers: Diego López and Xavi Oliva.
Defenders: Javi Venta, Gonzalo, Godin, Marcano, Ángel and Capdevila.
Midfielders: Eguren, Ibagaza, Cani, Cazorla, Pires, Bruno and Fuster.
Forwards: Rossi, Llorente and J. Pereira.

Nilmar didn't make it back from Brazil soon enough to be ready for the match, but that should just keep him fresh for Thursday's Europa match. The team feels really deep, considering that even with Senna out injured and Nilmar resting for the match, there still isn't room for Escudero and Fuentes.
