For those following Villarreal's striker saga, reports that Betis signed Ricardo Oliviera before we could get to him were exaggerated. The two parties had agreed to terms, but a deal has not been done. And Villarreal think they have a good shot at signing him. In fact, now that Jozy Altidore has been sent out on loan, José Manuel Llaneza has gone to Zaragoza in an attempt to sign the much-traveled Brazilian.
