Terrible news for Villarreal and Nihat. As Nihat has already been ruled out of the remainder of Euro2008, but now reports are indicating he may require surgery and miss the beginning of the season. The injury is to his right thigh, and it is thought he might have damaged a tendon. I will have more on this later.
