Breaking news on twitter is that with Preciado almost certainly joining Villarreal as its new coach in the Segunda, Vlasquez is not going to remain and coach the B team in the Segunda B. It's expected Elche, and perhaps another Segunda A club or two as well, have him in mind for their coaching position.

I feel Villarreal were in a tough bind here; perhaps Velasquez was not quite ready for our first team, but Sr. Roig had to know that unless he got the job he would want to leave. Thoughts?
