FC Solros continues to lead our competition.  It's early days yet, but the top three--Solros, Red Star Belgrade, and Maniche Street Preachers--are opening up a lead on most of the pack.  Falcao and Rossi scored well for a lot of people last week, and bargain 'keeper Álvarez provided good value for money. 

   Valencia played well against Barcelona, but Rami and Soldado both ended up in negative territory. 

  More big games this week, and doubtless there will be much continued juggling lineups as everyone searches for that magic formula.

  For the record, FC Solros leads the pack, but the best score for the week came from Menlo FC, 144 points in all!

Here is that team (3-4-3): Diego Lopez; Zapata, Chori Dominguez, Martin Caceres; Borja Valero, Xabi Alonso, Fabregas and Turan; Rossi, Falcao and Llorente. 

   Llorente and Xabi contributed nothing, but Falcao (37), Rossi (28) and Dominguez (20.5) and Lopez (14) more than made up for it.

   As for the blog administrators' competition, I continue to lead, Sid is nipping at my heels, and maddi is beginning to put it together and will doubtless be moving up the table soon.  Have fun, everyone!
